arrested William O. Colburn, age 36 of Wellsville, charging him with Menacing 2nd. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on W Dyke Street in the Village of Wellsville. Colburn was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Colburn is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 23rd at 4:30 p.m.
