It has been an unkind year for the Wellsville Police Department. Many revered members have passed away recently. Former chief Jim Cicirello, former chief Tim Walsh, former officers Ray McQueen and Daniel Kemp and a lovely, kind and wonderful 911 Dispatcher, Louise Kemp. Louise succumbed in intensive care after suffering complications from COVID-19.
