12/29/20 5:20pm-During a traffic stop in the Town of Angelica, State Police arrested Dynesha L. Nelson, 25, of Holly Springs, Mississippi. She was charged with driving a commercial vehicle while intoxicated and having a blood alcohol content of 1% or more of .08%. She was released on her own recognizance.
12/29/20 9:05am- After investigating a property damage vehicle crash in the Town of Wirt, State Troopers arrested Travis L. Varner, 27, of Wellsville. He was charged with the felony crimes of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal possession of a loaded firearm. He was charged with misdemeanor crimes to include two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia involving scales, aggravated unlicensed operation with more than three suspensions and driving with a required ignition interlock device. He was initially detained.
Hours earlier, he was arrested in the village of Belmont. Troopers in that case charged him with six counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, aggravated unlicensed operation and driving without an ignition interlock device.
