Wellsville Police
arrested Samantha L. Billings, age 29 of Shinglehouse, PA, charging her with
Petit Larceny. The charges stems from an
incident that took place at Tops in Wellsville.
Billings was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Billing is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on February 23rd at 4:30 p.m.
