Wellsville Police
arrested Jamie S. Clark, age 32 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal
Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, Possession of a Hypodermic
Instrument and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Madison Street in the Village.
Clark was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Clark is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on February 23rd at 4:30 p.m.
