BATH – Sixteen properties will be up for bid during the 2020 Steuben County Real Property
Auction set for Oct. 2.
The auction, delayed for nearly three months and with far fewer parcels than usual due to
COVID-19, will take place in two sessions scheduled for 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Oct. 2 and held in
the county Annex, at the corner of East Morris St. and Wilson Ave. in Bath.
Because of restrictions on gathering size, those able to do so are asked to bid online and must
pre-register before 4 p.m. Sept. 30 to bid during the auctions. Those unable to bid online must
pre-register before 4 p.m. Sept. 30 in order to maintain gathering-size guidance. All attending
auction on-site will be required to stand unless for medical reasons noted on the pre-registration
form.
Those attending the auction in person will be screened in line with COVID-19 protocols before
entering the building and be required to wear a mask.
