9/5/20 1:55am- During a traffic stop in the Village of Belmont, State police arrested Joseph R. Reed, 28, of Friendship. He was charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated and felony DWI because of a previous conviction within 10 years. He was processed and released on appearance tickets for court.
