WARSAW - Anna L. Turnstrom, a former resident of Fillmore,
died Friday, August 3, 2018 in Wyoming Co. Comm. Hospital Snf. She was born on
February 8, 1924 in Warsaw, a daughter of the late Fred and Ida Lester. On June
24, 1945 in Angelica she married Carl O. Turnstrom who predeceased her on Jan.
25, 1962.
Anna was a graduate of Fillmore Central School. She was a
member of the Fillmore Wesleyan Church and Dee Victor Thomas Post No. 1155
Auxiliary of Fillmore. She had a teller at the State Bank of Fillmore for over
forty year and later worked for Security Trust Co.
She loved birds and cats.
Surviving are several cousins including Sherry Bernard of
Freedom and an adopted son, Mike Hall of Fillmore. In addition to her husband,
she was predeceased by a sister, Crystal Lowe.
Family and friends may gather at the Kopler-Williams Funeral
Home 21 N. Genesee Street, Fillmore from 10: 00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on
Wednesday, August 8, 2018 followed by the funeral at noon in the funeral home. Burial will be in Pine Grove cemetery,
Fillmore. Memorials if desired to: Fillmore Rescue Squad or Fillmore Wesleyan
Church.
