State Police are attempting to identify a subject and/or
vehicle in a suspicious incident at Jasper-Troupsburg Elementary School. State
Police Senior Investigator Curt Eaton says a man was found driving through
school property at approximately 7:00 a.m. on August 23, 2018 and appeared to
be taking cell phone video of the school. The subject appeared to by a white
male, 25-30 years of age, operating a late model Subaru and blue in color. The vehicle had New York license plates with
the front license plate in the windshield of the vehicle. Anyone with any information is asked to
