8/27/18 4:25pm- After investigating a larceny complaint in the town of Wellsville, state police arrested Rickey L. Armstrong, 39, of Wellsville. He was charged with:

1. criminal mischief
2. petit larceny
3. criminal possession of stolen property
4. obstructing governmental administration
5. resisting arrest
6. marijuana possession
7. aggravated unlicensed operation

He was detained. State police also arrested Priscilla J. DeJonge, 35, of Wellsville. She was charged with:

1. petit larceny
2. criminal possession of stolen property
3. failure to return licensee/registration/plates
4. operating a vehicle with suspended license/registration
5. improper plates
6. no license
7. license restriction violation
8. aggravated unlicensed operation

She was issued court tickets and released. Both were arrested by troopers at 72 Genesee Street in Cuba.
8/28/18 1:47am:After investigating a domestic dispute in Rushford, state police arrested Rebecca Vuxta, 40, North Tonawanda. She was charged with

1. assault 3rd
2. criminal mischief-intentionally damaging property
3. criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th
4. unlawful possession of marijuana
