On July 3, 2024 at approximately 9:45 P.M., Troopers out of SP Amity responded to Smith Hollow Rd in the town of Wellsville for a shooting involving injury. The victim was originally taken to Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville, NY for the non life-threatening injury to his leg. He was later transferred to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester for further treatment.
Miller was transported to SP Amity and processed.
