Wellsville Police,
acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested
James M. Lee, age 28 of Wellsville, charging him with a violation of his
Pre-Trail release on previous felony Assault 1st, Criminal Possession of a
Weapon 3rd and Tampering with Physical Evidence charges. Lee was transported to the Allegany County
Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court.
Lee is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
