On August 12th, 2024 at approximately 11:19AM, Cuba Police arrested Dakota B. Perry (27) of Cuba, NY. Perry was arrested on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th (2 Counts, Misdemeanor). Perry was arrested, processed and released to appear at a later date. Perry is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On August 10th, 2024 at approximately 9:00AM, Cuba Police arrested Brian V. Bisig (37) of Freedom, NY. Bisig was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with improper plates (Violation), operating a motor vehicle without inspection (Violation), operating a motor vehicle without insurance (Violation), operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway (Violation) and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration (Unclassified Misdemeanor). Bisig was arrested, processed and released to appear at a later date. Bisig is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On August 10th, 2024 at approximately 1:12PM, Cuba Police arrested Shawn P. Perry (48) of Ceres, NY. Perry was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Perry was arrested, processed and turned over to the Dansville Police Department. Perry is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
