On August 2nd, 2024 at approximately 7:30 PM, Cuba Police arrested John W. Green (66) of Homeless. Green was arrested on charges of arson 5th (Misdemeanor), attempted arson 2nd (Felony) and criminal mischief 3rd (Felony). Green was arrested, processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment. Green is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
