Wellsville Police
arrested Emily N. Wright, age 32 of Andover, charging her with Criminal
Mischief 4th (Class A Misdemeanor) and Obstructing Governmental
Administration 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from an incident that took
place on South Main Street. Wright was
processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Wright is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on September 3rd at 4:30 pm.
