On August 13th, 2024 at approximately 12:09PM Cuba Police arrested Conner D. Strong, 21, who is homeless. Strong was arrested on charges of harassment 2nd (Violation) and criminal contempt of court (Misdemeanor). Strong was arrested, processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment. Strong is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
