Hornell Partners for Growth (HPG) is thrilled to announce the 5th Annual Maple City Fall Festival, set to take place on October 12, 2024, from Noon to 6:00 PM. This much-anticipated event, originally uncertain due to ongoing downtown construction, will now proceed as planned thanks to the projected early completion of the Downtown Hornell Construction Project.
The Maple City Fall Festival has become a beloved tradition
in our community, offering a full day of live music, free kids' activities,
food and craft vendors and just all around fun for all ages. This year’s
festival promises to be bigger and better than ever, with something for
everyone in the family to enjoy.
Enjoy performances from local bands, made possible by our
generous Platinum Sponsor Texas Café and our Gold Music Sponsors Maple City
Savings Bank; we have two additional spots open at this level.
Free Kids Activities: The Kids Zone will feature bounce
houses, games, and more, thanks to the support of our Silver Sponsors like the
Hornell Kiwanis International; we have 5 additional Gold Level sponsorship to
fill to meet the required funding for free activities.
Community Fun: This festival is a wonderful opportunity for
the community to come together and celebrate the autumn season in the newly
revitalized downtown area. HPG is currently seeking additional sponsors to
ensure the success of this family-friendly event. Sponsorship opportunities are
available at various levels, offering businesses and community members a chance
to gain visibility and show their support for the community.
Sponsorship Opportunities: Gold Music Sponsor – $500: (3
spots available) Contributions will support sound, bands, and the stage tent.
Sponsors will be acknowledged on our social media platforms and will have a
sign on stage.
Silver Sponsor - $300: Contributions will support bounce
houses and other kids' activities. Sponsors will receive acknowledgment on our
social media platforms and a yard sign in the Kids Zone area.
Bronze Sponsor – $100: (Unlimited spots) Contributions will
help cover costs for workers, tents, bathrooms, and other necessary items.
Sponsors like District 6 District 6 Federal Credit Union and dm 2 US will be
acknowledged on our social media platforms.
In Kind Sponsorship is also very appreciated, like
Lippincott’s Rubbish who have donated their trash removal services for the
event.
