Wellsville Police arrested Jason T. Mandell, age 44 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Contempt 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Brooklyn Avenue on July 30th. Mandell was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Mandell is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police arrested Christopher L. Digiacomo (Conklin), age 30 of Wellsville, charging him with two counts of a Sex Offender Registry Violation for failing to provide a photo being a Level 3 Sex Offender, and failing to provide social media address information (Class E Felony’s). Digiacomo was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Digiacomo is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 20th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police arrested Mark W. Girton, age 30 of Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from a complaint made by Park Plaza Liquors. Girton was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Girton is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 20th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police
arrested De Q. Yang, age 40 of Flushing, NY, charging him with Grand Larceny 3rd
(Class D Felony), Conspiracy 5th (Class A Misdemeanor), Attempted
Grand Larceny 3rd (Class D Felony) and Attempted Conspiracy 5th
(Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem
from two incidents that took place on West State Street on August 5th
and August 7th. Yang was
processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in
CAP Court. Yang is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
