Wellsville Police,
acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested
Emily N. Wright, age 32 no permanent address, charging her with failure to
appear in Court on April 18, 2023 on a previous Petit Larceny charge. Wright was taken into custody in Cattaraugus
County by the New York State Police.
Wright was turned over to Wellsville Police and transported to the
Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Wright is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police
arrested Jason S. Campbell, age 34 of Angelica, charging him with a Sex
Offender Registry Violation (Class E Felony).
Campbell was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Campbell is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on September 17th at 4:30 pm.
