8/5/18 2:29am- During a traffic stop on State Route 19 in Belfast, state police arrested Jeffrey D. Crum, 34, of Ulysses, PA. He was charged with felony 1st degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated and BAC above .08%. He was processed and released on court appearance tickets.
