From The Olean City Police Department:
Patrols responded to a report of gunshots on the 1300 block of Seneca Ave. Tuesday night at approximately 6: 15 p.m.. Police were notified that a 11 year old child had been struck by a bullet while playing outside. Olean City Fire responded and transported the 11 year old to the hospital for a gunshot wound to his leg. The Criminal Investigation unit is currently working on this incident and we are looking for any information from witnesses or anyone who may know the owner of the truck in this video.
