Wellsville Police, acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Robert E. Roach Jr, age 53 of Wellsville, charging him with Issuing a Bad Check. The charge stems from a complaint made by the Giant Food Mart. Roach was located by the New York State Police in the Town of Wellsville and turned over to Wellsville Police. Roach was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Roach is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
