Wellsville Police arrested Joshua M. Wilkins, age 25 of
Wellsville, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more and Failure to
Keep Right. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on the Genesee Parkway in the Village. Wilkins was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released to a third party.
Wilkins is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 26th at
4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Christopher L. Torpey, age 34 of
Wellsville, charging him with Assault 3rd and two counts of Criminal Mischief
4th. The charges stem from an incident
that took place on Cameron Street in the Village. Torpey was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Torpey was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash bail or
$1,000.00 property bond. Torpey is due
back in Wellsville Village Court on June 19th at 4:30 p.m.
