Karl “Klutsch” KLUTSCHKOWSKI, 83, of Coudersport, PA, died
Wednesday, June 13, 2018 in his home.
Born June 11, 1935, in Allenstein, East Prussia, he immigrated to the
United States as a young teen. He served
honorably with the Army National Guard from 1953 – 1956. On July 16, 1955, in Pottstown, PA, he
married the former Joy L. Seiler, who survives.
Klutsch was a self-made tradesman.
He loved go-carting, dirt biking, hunting, and fishing. His life passion was his wife and
snowmobiling in Potter County. He was a
member of the Sweden Valley Faith United Methodist Church, the Potter County
Snowmobile Club, and was a volunteer with Potter County Habitat for Humanity.
Surviving besides his wife, Joy, are: three daughters, Deborah Klutschkowski of
Wyomissing, PA, Heidi Klutschkowski and Cheryl (Steve) Nordquist, both of
Coudersport; two granddaugthers, Emily
Nordquist and Elizabeth Nordquist, both of Coudersport; and two
great-grandsons, Emil Nordquist and Amzi Nordquist. In addition to his parents, he was
predeceased by a brother, Manfred Klutschkowski. Honoring his wishes, there will be no
services. In lieu of flowers, memorials
may be made to the Sweden Valley Faith United Methodist Church, 1450 E. Second
St., Coudersport, PA 16915 or the Potter County Snowmobile Club, P.O. Box 82,
