6/7/18 10:55am- State police arrested Laraine D. Kitchen, 57, of Wellsville. She was charged with felony offering a false instrument for filing and misdemeanor welfare fraud. She will answer the charged in village of Belmont court at a later date.
6/7/18 12:59pm- Troopers arrested Shawn D. Shelley, 20, of Richburg. He was charged with felony 1st degree sexual abuse involving a victim under the age of 11 and endangering the welfare of a child. The crime was reported May 27th and occurred in the town of Bolivar. Bail was set at $5,000.
6/7/18 9:41pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 19 in Amity, state police arrested Kathy J. Hughes, 42, of Almond. She was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a BAC above .08%.
