Woodward was taken into custody by the New York State
Police and turned over to deputies. Woodward was then processed, and
transported to Allegany County Family Court where he was arraigned and remanded
to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $500.00 cash or $1,000.00 bond,
and scheduled to reappear in Allegany County Family Court on July 20, 2018 at
9:15 a.m. for additional court action.
