Olean man arrested for Burglary
On April 5, 2018, state police arrested Guy Ackley II, 29 of Olean, NY for Burglary 2nd and Criminal Mischief 4th. On April 4, 2018, Troopers received a report that Ackley unlawfully entered a residence in the town of Olean by kicking in, and damaging a door, then chasing the resident. Ackley fled the scene prior to patrol’s arrival. He turned himself in to the police at SP Olean on April 5, 2018 where he was arrested, processed, and taken before an Allegany Town Court judge who released him on his own recognizance with a later return court date and time.
