The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph E.
Richardson, 32, of Fillmore, following an investigation for felony Criminal
Contempt 1st. The investigation found that Richardson, who is currently
incarcerated at the Wyoming County Jail, was allegedly assisted by another
inmate in making contact to a female victim who has an order of protection
against Richardson. Richardson was arrested for Criminal Contempt 1st and
arraigned in the Village of Warsaw. Richardson
was committed back to jail on no bail with a return date of April 16th, 2018.
