On April 13th at approximately 6:45 p.m. with the assistance of the Olean Police Department,Cuba Police arrested Rodney D. Doran, 28, of Buffalo. Doran was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marihuana 4th (misdemeanor) and violation of parole. Doran was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail on a violation of New York State Parole. Doran is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
