Friday night rotating community prayer gatherings, from 7-8 p.m., are directed at renewal of minds and hearts of individuals and families for county and communities transformation through prayer for the host and other churches and Christian organizations, individuals, the community, county and more. These will take place:
- April 6 – Yorks Corners Mennonite Church, 3350 County Road 29, Wellsville.
- April 13 – First United Methodist Church, 79 Madison Street, Wellsville.
- April 20 – Alfred-Almond Bible Church, 6751 State Route 21, Almond.
- April 27 – Brookside Wesleyan Church, 3456 Andover Road (State Route 417), Wellsville.
Sunday night twice-a-month rotating county-wide prayer, praise and worship gatherings, with live music, are held from 6PM-8PM and focus on combating issues of addiction, abuse, racism, suicide, poverty, family dysfunction and more that pastors say are extremely serious issues throughout this area, the United States and the world. These often include focuses on a variety of issues such as families, schools, veterans, economic vitality, alcohol and drug addictions, and more and will be:
● April 8 – Wellsville Full Gospel Church, 2221 Hanover Hill Road.
● April 22 – Andover Alliance Church, 5 Rochambeau Avenue.
Ongoing public prayer sessions during the week for individual and community concerns are held from:
● 6:30AM-7:30AM each weekday morning at Knights Creek Evangelical Methodist Church, 2987 Knights Creek Road (County Road 9), Scio.
● 8AM-9AM Wednesdays at the Belfast Free Methodist Church, 11 Chestnut Street.
● 10:30AM-11:30AM Saturdays at the Powerhouse Youth Center, 23 West Main Street, Fillmore.
