Mildred A. “Millie” Woodard, 86, of Belmont, NY, died
Saturday, March 17, 2018 in Wellsville Manor Care Center, Wellsville, NY. Born December 13, 1931, in Wellsville, she
was the daughter of King Solomon and Doris Greene Black, II. On May 9, 1953, in Olean, NY, she married
Harry V. Woodard, who survives. Millie
was a waitress at The Coffee Mill in Belmont for many years. She was a member of the Scio Senior Citizens
and the Amity Rescue Auxiliary.
Surviving besides her husband, Harry, are: three children, Mark S. (Percillah) Woodard
of Brockport, John W. (Marie) Woodard of Rushford, and Kandace S. Caley of
Canton, OH; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 28 nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Steven H.
Woodard; and eight siblings. A Memorial
Service will be held 12:00 Noon, March 24, 2018 in Mulholland-Crowell Funeral
Home, Wellsville, NY. The Rev. Glen
Layfield will officiate. Burial will be
in Fairlawn Cemetery, Scio, NY on a later date.
