Wellsville Police arrested Johnathan T. Russell, age 34 of
Wellsville, charging him with Assault 2nd (Class D Felony), two counts of
Criminal Mischief 4th and Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on West State Street on February 23rd.
Russell was processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village
Justice Walsh. Russell was committed to
the Allegany County Jail on $5,000.00 cash bail or $10,000.00 property bond.
Russell is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 27th at 4:30 p.m.
