On March 22nd,2018 at approximately 10:00 p.m. Cuba Police arrested William J. Lounsbury,35, of Shinglehouse,PA. Lounsbury was processed on two bench warrants and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Lounsbury is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
