Angelica man sent to state prison in drug case
An Angelica man is headed to state prison after he was convicted today of selling drugs in the Village of Angelica. A judge sentenced Randy Frank, 47, to serve three years in prison. In addition, he'll serve two years post release supervision and pay $375 in fee's. In early 2017, Frank possessed and sold drugs to a confidential informant working with the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
