On March 27th,2018 at approximately 8:27a.m., following a week long investigation, Cuba Police arrested Jorge Tufino, 63, of Cuba. Tufino was arrested and charged with sex abuse 1st degree (felony). Tufino was processed and arraigned in town court in the presence of the Allegany County Public Defender and released to appear at a later date. Tufino is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
