On March 28th,2018 at approximately 9:00p.m. Cuba Police arrested Derek Varnum, 23, of Olean, New York. Varnum was arrested and charged with criminal contempt of court 2nd (Misdemeanor). Varnum was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail on $100.00 bail. Varnum is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
