March 26 - Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports, with the assistance of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies arrested Tommy D. Phillips, age 39 of Arkport, on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. Phillips, who was being released from the Monroe County Jail on unrelated charges, was processed, and transported to the Allegany County Jail without bail. Phillips will reappear in Allegany County Court at a later date for additional court action.
