3/17/18 9:35am- During a traffic stop on I-86 in Angelica, state police arrested Emmanuel W. Beason, 30, of Erie, PA. He was charged with felony criminal possession of a firearm, speeding and unlawful possession of marijuana.
3/17/18 1:45pm- After investigating a domestic dispute in the Town of Genesee, state police arrested an 18-year-old name-protected Portville boy. He was charged with 3rd degree assault and 4th degree criminal mischief. He was released on his own recognizance.
3/18/18 3:30am- After investigating a complaint at State Route 243 and the Dollar General Store in Rushford, state police arrested John M. Weber, 27, of Rushford. He was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a license plate violation and drinking booze in a vehicle. He was issued tickets for court and released.
