GENESEE FALLS — A Livingston County man died Saturday after a vehicle hit his snowmobile crossing Route 19A, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.
Robert D. Henry, 54, of Dansville was crossing the highway eastbound near Denton Corners Road when he was hit by a vehicle driven northbound by Thomas Brice, 56 of Nunda.
Henry was pronounced dead at the scene. Brice and four passengers escaped injury.
The sheriff’s Crash Management Team responded to the scene and the investigation is continuing. No charges have been filed.
Pike Ambulance, Nunda Fire Department and Medic 81 assisted at the scene.
