NEWS RELEASE

 

Corbin R. Swift, 31, Hemlock, NY, was arrested March 7, charged with Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree and No/Inadequate Headlights. Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, Swift was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $750 cash bail.  Swift will return to Livonia Town Court to reply to charges on a later date.

 

Kyle J. Webster, 21, Dansville, NY, was arrested and charged with Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child and Petit Larceny on March 8.  Following arraignment in Dansville Village Court, Webster was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $2,000 cash bail/$4,000 property bond. Webster will return to Dansville Village Court in response to charges on a later date. 

Michael R. Lock, 36, Clarence, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree on March 1.  Lock will answer charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date. 

Samuel J. Cicero, 21, Livonia, NY, was charged March 9, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree and No/Inadequate Plate Lamp.  Cicero was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

Mark R. Ogee, 63, Leroy, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater and Moving From Lane Unsafely on March 8.  Ogee was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Caledonia Town Court on a later date. 

Ricky L. Heffner, 59, Geneseo, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Unsafe Tires on February 21.  Heffner was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Groveland Town Court on a later date.

Terri L. Proctor, 51, Avon, NY, was arrested and charged with Harassment 2^nd Degree on March 10.  Following arraignment in Avon Town Court, Proctor was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $250 cash bail.  Proctor will return to Avon Town Court to answer charges on a later date. 

Jeremy W. Ruscitto, 37, Wayland, NY, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Use of a Rented/Leased/Loaned Motor Vehicle Without Interlock Device on February 18.  Ruscitto will respond to charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date. 

Ashley B. Jones, 28, Castile, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Exhaust on March 5.  Jones will address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

Linda M. Templeton, 47, Livonia, NY, was arrested and charged with Menacing 2^nd Degree on March 9.  Templeton will address charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date. 

Zachary A. Baylor, 30, Avon, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Exhaust on March 11.  Baylor was issued an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date. 

Ronald F. Hilimire, 57, Livonia, NY, was arrested March 10, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit to a Breathalyzer Test and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign.  Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, Hilimire was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $250 cash bail/$500 property bond.  Hilimire will return to Livonia own Court to answer charges on a later date. 

Daniel M. Vanskiver, 36, Wayland, NY, was charged March 5, with Harassment 2^nd Degree and will address charges in Springwater Town Court on a later date. 

Cody P. Worthington, 24, Farmersville, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Inadequate/No Exhaust on March 8.  Following arraignment in Lima Town Court, Worthington was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $500 cash bail.  Worthington will return to Lima Town Court to satisfy charges on a later date. 

Travis J. Ryan, 22, Rushford, NY, was arrested March 8, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.  Following arraignment in Lima Town Court, Ryan was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.  Ryan will return to Lima Town Court to answer charges on a later date. 

Adam H. Vancise Priest, 32, Leicester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Speeding on March 12, and was released on an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Leicester Town Court on a later date. 

Gendry O. Davila Marrero, 33, Livonia, NY, was arrested March 7, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree.  Following arraignment in Avon Town Court, Davila Marrero was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $250 cash bail/$500 property bond and will return to Avon Town Court to answer charges on a later date.

Jason A. Quick, 35, Nunda, NY, was arrested March 11, charged with Criminal Possession of Marihuana 3^rd Degree and No/Inadequate Exhaust.  Following arraignment in Avon Town Court, Quick was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $1,000 cash bail/$2,500 property bond.  Quick will return to Avon own Court to address charges on a later date. 

Dylan M. Lew, 19, Portageville, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of Marihuana 3^rd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Stimulant on March 11.  Following arraignment in Avon Town Court, Lew was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail/$2,500 property bond.  Lew will return to Avon Town Court in response to charges on a later date. 

M. J. Ruckdeschel, 26, Nunda, NY, was charged with Criminal Possession of Marihuana 3^rd Degree on March 11, and following arraignment in Avon Town Court was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on $1,000 cash bail.  Ruckdeschel will return to Avon Town Court to resolve charges on a later date. 

Amanda J. Bassett, 32, Lima, NY, was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child on March 9.  Bassett was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Lima Town Court on a later date. 

Louis Coleman, Jr., 45, Mt. Morris, NY, was cited March 12, for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and was issued an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date. 

Nicole L. R. Spicer, 22, and Andrew T. Amacher, 23, residents of Elmira, NY, were charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Amacher was additionally charged with Failure to Keep Right on March 13.  Spicer and Amacher were issued appearance tickets to address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date. 

Murray A. Dunham, 18, North Cohocton, NY, was arrested March 9, charged with Promoting Prison Contraband 2^nd Degree.  Following arraignment, Dunham was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail/$3,000 property bond. Dunham will respond to charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date. 

Jarid J. Hawkins, 36, Livonia, NY was arrested and charged March 10, with Harassment 2^nd Degree. Hawkins will answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date. 

John J. Anson, 41, Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Assault 3^rd Degree and Harassment 2^nd Degree on March 9.  Anson will respond to charges in North Dansville Town Court on a later date. 

Hiram Lopez, 49, Conesus, NY, was arrested March 13, charged with Harassment 2^nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  Following arraignment, Lopez was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $250 cash bail/$500 property bond.  Lopez will answer charges in Conesus Town Court on a later date. 

Alex J. R. Greenfield, 33, Livonia, NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle on March 14.  Greenfield was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Tyler P. Fenton, 27, Bradford, PA, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Headlights on March 14.  Fenton was released on an appearance ticket to resolve charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date. 

Hunter L. Vanbuskirk, 19, Leicester, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs, Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Failure to Yield the Right of Way at a Stop Sign on March 12.  Vanbuskirk will respond to charges in Leicester Town Court on a later date. 

Seana L. Valentine, 26, Mt. Morris, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and No/Inadequate Headlights on March 14.  Valentine was released on an appearance ticket to resolve charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.  

John W. Washburn, 30, Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2^nd Degree on March 15, and after arraignment was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond.  Washburn will address charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date. 

Kaitlynn R. Pragle, 21, Arkport, NY, was arrested March 9, charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs. Pragle will appear in answer to charges in North Dansville Town Court on a later date. 

Tammi J. Dietz, 24, Nunda, NY, was arrested and charged with Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child on March 14.  Following arraignment, Dietz was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $750 cash bail.  Dietz will answer charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.
