Cuba police charge man with child endangerment

On Friday March 9th, 2017 at approximately 5:19 p.m. Cuba Police arrested Travis J. Elmer,38, of Cuba. Elmer was charged with endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor) and criminal obstruction of breathing (misdemeanor). Elmer was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date.
