ANDOVER – Friends and family are invited for a time of visitation for Charles E. “Charlie” Lehman, who passed away on May 28, 2017, on Saturday (July 15) from 2 - 4 p.m. at Baker-Swan Funeral Home in Andover. The memorial service will be held on Saturday (July 15) at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home, immediately following the visitation, with Rev.
