Livingston County Court before the Honorable Robert B. Wiggins on July 11, 2017.
GERALD B. BRADLEY, age 33, of Pennsylvania, charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second
Degree (C Felony), Menacing a Police Officer (D Felony), 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony), Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree (Misdemeanor) and Resisting Arrest (Misdemeanor), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to July 21, 2017.
DONNA J. BRIAN, age 59, of York was sentenced on a conviction of Grand Larceny in the Third Degree (D
Felony) to 200 hours community service. She was also ordered to pay a fine of $1200, $325 surcharge, and a $50DNA, fee. An Order of Protection was issued for the victim.
JADE L. LAFORCE, age 24, of Canaseraga, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the
Fifth Degree (D Felony) and Inadequate Exhaust, appeared with her attorney and the matter was adjourned to July18, 2017.
ANNIE L. MALARA, age 30, of Elmira, charged with Welfare Fraud in the Third Degree (D Felony), Grand
Larceny in the Third Degree (D Felony), Misuse of Food Stamps (E Felony), and 2 counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the First Degree (E Felony), appeared with her attorney and the matter was adjourned to September 26, 2017.
TAVARES L. MCMATH, age 26, of Rochester was sentenced on a conviction of Aggravated Unlicensed
Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree (Misdemeanor) to 2 months intermittent incarceration. He was also ordered to pay an $88 surcharge.
TAHEED M. MOFFETT, age 32, of Rochester was sentenced on a conviction of Attempted Criminal Possession
of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree (D Felony) to 2 years in state prison plus 2 years post-releasesupervision as a second felony offender. He was also ordered to pay a $325 surcharge, a $50 DNA fee, and his license was suspended.
SHAWANDA OWENS-ULYSSES, age 37, of Rochester, charged with 2 counts of Forgery in the Second Degree
(D Felony) and Criminal Impersonation in the Second Degree (Misdemeanor), appeared with her attorney and thematter was adjourned to August 15, 2017.
ERICA C. STEFANO, age 36, of Piffard, charged with Welfare Fraud in the Third Degree (D Felony), Grand
Larceny in the Third Degree (D Felony), Misuse of Food Stamps (D Felony), and 2 counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the First Degree (E Felony), appeared with her attorney and the matter was adjourned to September 12, 2017.
JESSICA E. WADDINGTON, age 40, of Mt. Morris was charged with Welfare Fraud in the Fourth Degree (E
Felony), Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree (E Felony), and 2 counts of Offering a False Instillment for Filing inthe First Degree (E Felony). She was arraigned with her attorney, pled not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to September 27;2017.
LORENZO R. WEIPERT, age 23, of Mt. Morris pled guilty to Attempted Promoting Prison Contraband in the
First Degree (E Felony) and the matter was adjourned to September 5, 2017 for sentencing.
