Livingston County District Attorney Report For July 6, 2017

After presentation by Justin M. Hill, Assistant District Attorney, the following cases were handled in the Livingston County Court before the Honorable Dennis S. Cohen on July 6, 2017.

BRYAN A. BAILEY, age 34, of Hunt, charged with Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child (A-II Felony), Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree (B Felony), Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the Second Degree (D Felony), and Sexual Abuse in the First Degree (D Felony), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to July 14, 2017.

KASSIE L. BRAZIEL, age 30, of Wayland was sentenced on a conviction of Driving While Intoxicated (E Felony) to 5 years probation to include electronic home monitoring and 128 hours community service. She was also ordered to pay a fine, a $520 surcharge, and $50 DNA fee. Her license was revoked with a requirement to install an Ignition Interlock Device.

SHARON L. DAVIS, age 54, of Geneseo was charged with Driving with .18 of One Percent or More of Alcohol in Her Blood (D Felony), Driving While Intoxicated (D Felony), and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign. She was arraigned with her attorney, pled not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to July 20, 2017. Bail was set at $200,000.

BRIAN DELON, age 25, formerly of Groveland Correctional Facility was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the First Degree (D Felony) and Criminal Possession Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree. He was arraigned with his attorney, pled not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to August 17, 2017.

CHARLES F. LEWIS, age 33, of Bloomfield, charged with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree (D Felony) and Issuing a Bad Check (B Misdemeanor), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to July 20, 2017.

MARK D. MURPHY, age 42, of Geneseo was sentenced on a conviction of Driving with .08 of One Percent or More of Alcohol in His Blood (E Felony) to 6 months in jail and 5 years probation to include electronic home monitoring. He was also ordered to pay a $520 surcharge and a $50 DNA fee. His license was revoked with a requirement to install an Ignition Interlock Device.

LANCE WILLIAMS, age 37, formerly of Groveland Correctional Facility, charged with Assault in the Second Degree (D Felony), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to August 17, 2017.

DUSTIN L. WHEELER, age 22, of Dansville, charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony) and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (B Felony) appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to July 13, 2017.

VIKTOR ZDOROVTSEV, age 65, of British Columbia was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (E Felony), Driving While Intoxicated (Misdemeanor), Failure to Maintain Lane, and Driving on Shoulder of Road. He was arraigned with his attorney, pled not guilty, and the matter was adjourned to August 10, 2017. Bail was set at $5000.
