Wellsville Police arrested Tracy D. Sprague, age 35 of
Wellsville, charging him with Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd and Harassment
2nd. The charges stem from an incident
that took place on Howard Street in the Village. Sprague was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Sprague is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 25th at 4:30 p.m.
