Wellsville Police arrested Jason C. Fernandez, age 31 of
Corning, NY, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Aggravated DWI
w/BAC of .18% or more, Unsafe Backing and Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor
Vehicle. The charges stem from a traffic
stop on North Main Street in the Village.
Fernandez was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a
third party. Fernandez is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March
28th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Colt E. Proctor, age 22 of
Belfast, charging him with Criminal Mischief 3rd (Class E Felony) and
Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The
charges stem from an incident that took place on Madison Street in the Village. Proctor was processed and arraigned before
Associate Wellsville Village Judge Walsh.
Proctor was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash
bail. Proctor is due back in Wellsville
Village Court on March 21st at 4:30 p.m.
