SP Amity- Homicide investigation seeking public assistance.
The New York State Police, Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) in Amity are investigating the homicide of Raymond Cornelius, 82 of Ward, NY. The victim was located deceased from a gunshot wound inside his residence on Wadsworth Hill Road during the morning hours of July 3, 2017. The deceased last spoke with family members late Saturday afternoon on July 1, 2017.
This is still an ongoing investigation.
