Wellsville Police
arrested Tyler W. Cowburn, age 26 of Wellsville, charging him with Petit
Larceny. The charge stems from an
incident that took place on South Brooklyn Avenue in the Village. Cowburn was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. He is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on December 15th at 4:30 p.m.
