APPOINTMENT OF JEFFREY M. DONIGAN AS COUNTY ATTORNEY; AMENDING THE
SECTION IV SALARY SCHEDULE TO REFLECT THE SALARY OF THE
NEW COUNTY ATTORNEY

RESOLVED:
1. That effective January 4, 2021, Jeffrey
M. Donigan is appointed County Attorney at an annual salary of $108,000, with a
term of office commencing January 4, 2021, and expiring December 31, 2021.
2. That the Section IV Salary Schedule is hereby amended, effective
January 4, 2021, to show the annual base salary of the County Attorney as
$108,000.
