Two Pennsylvania men arrested for felony drug charges

On September 13, 2018 Olean-based state police arrested Seth R. Sharp, 26, of Ulysses, PA and Ryan P. Johnston, 26, of Port Allegany, PA for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. Sharp was additionally charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by drugs.
During an investigation of an apparently disabled vehicle on I-86 eastbound in the town of Cold Spring, Troopers allegedly observed drug paraphernalia in the vehicle operated by Sharp in which Johnston was a passenger. Both also appeared to be under the influence of drugs. During a subsequent vehicle search, Troopers allegedly located a quantity of methamphetamine in the vehicle.
Sharp and Johnston were arrested and arraigned in Allegany Town Court. Sharp was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail without bail, and Johnston was remanded on $500 bail.
